What's Happening during March, 2003

	The lake is full but once again a week early.  They missed the ice storm which would have taken a bite out of the weed.  Seems like they do that every time.  My data shows that it should stay full through the new year so we can play over the break and raise it just in time for spring break.  Anyone know the influential people to make such a change?
	1600 grass carp were released into Lake Austin in late Feb.  Hope they are hungry.
